Apprentice Administrator
Providing general administrative support to the Programmes and Reporting Manager and contributing to the smooth running of the organisation as required
Overseeing general office management duties to ensure a well-organised and professional working environment
Providing administrative support to the Finance Manager, including assistance with financial record-keeping
Supporting human resources functions, including coordination of documentation and adherence to internal HR processes and procedures
Help in managing the diaries of the CEO and COO including administrative activities such as board meeting coordination
Supporting with data entry into the CRM system and supporting effective use by the wider team
Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Training delivered in the workplace or remotely
