This role offers a fantastic chance to build your finance career in a dynamic and encouraging setting. You'll support key financial operations, working closely with colleagues across departments. You will assist with recording daily financial transactions, performing reconciliations, handling queries, closing the month end and year end accounts, and you will support the FM and AFM with financial admin and ad hoc tasks.
Once fully trained, your key responsibilities would be
Accurate and timely recording of financial transactions Bank reconciliation Credit Card reconciliation Process purchase invoices from Paperless to Sage200 Reconcile supplier statements Assist with supplier queries Weekly customer invoicing Send out customer statements Process customer payments Scan and e-file of finance documents Assist with month-end and year-end close Support FM and AFM with financial admin and ad hoc dutiesTraining:
Training will occur 1 day a week at Basingstoke College of Technology and the rest at Site Equip.
Each unit will be assessed by way of a computerised examination. Successful completion of all exams at each level will result in the qualification being awarded.
Training Outcome:
AAT Professional Accounting Tax-Technician Apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 17.00, with 1hr unpaid lunch.
