Contracts Co-Ordinator Apprenticeship
Main duties:
Provide the Territory Managers with administration support Responsible for the review of all relevant paperwork, to ensure it is correctly completed prior to communicating with the Territory Managers and Direct Accounts Manage contracts to ensure all systems are updated Identify the customer’s demands and needs in order to support the Territory Managers Liaising with the sample department to ensure all relevant paperwork is provided Assist where necessary in the making of samples, liaising with customers to ensure given deadlines are met Communicate with all relevant internal departments to ensure the smooth introduction of new opportunities and maintaining current accounts Responsible for creating and maintaining new and current customer files The ability to communicate verbally both internally and externallyTraining:
The learner will be studying the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification Online theory sessions at points within the programme. This will be in addition to the normal 1:1 programme tutors meetings Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held
