APPRENTICE CNC PROGRAMMER AND ENGINEER

Safe operation of CNC milling machines & lathes Setting up of tooling, & managing tool wear in operation Setting up machines, CNC milling & lathes. Monitoring of machine once in operation Ability to read & edit CNC programmes Understanding & reading technical drawings & specifications Use of a wide range of technical measuring equipment used in the control of quality

Training:
Engineering Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard 4 days a week on site at R&L Enterprises 1 day a week at Bradford College

Training Outcome:
Fully qualified engineer with permanent placement within the company

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8.00 - 4.30pm and Friday, 8.00am - 2.00pm
