Painter and Decorator Apprenticeship

Follow agreed targets and objectives with regards to the role. Use of PDA to improve performance. Follow work instructions efficiently.

Training:
Through a combination of on-the-job experience and structured learning. They will work alongside experienced tradesperson, gaining hands-on skills in painting, decorating and surface preparation.

Training Outcome:
With experience, you could become a team supervisor or move into related areas like estimating, contract management, interior or set design, or heritage conservation.

Working Hours :
Mixture of Field-based and office. The normal working week is working Monday to Friday inclusive. Normal full-time hours worked between 8am – 5:30pm with a one hour lunch break.
