Data Administrator Apprentice

To provide administration support on Foresight's Fuel Scheme, by meeting with individuals and families, completing paperwork and gathering the necessary documents within the family hubs and the Foresight Centre To maintain the various databases To prepare work following instructions, using computer facilities as appropriate  To work within the Foresight policies on confidentiality, health and safety, equal opportunities and racial equality at all times To support with administration tasks within various departments To take an active part in events organised by Foresight To be responsible for the completion of all health & safety registers To manage stock control of stationery To collect, collate and prepare information and statistics for use To perform such duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with its level of responsibility To receive and assist visitors and deal with telephone enquiries To assist with monitoring and evaluation of services

Training:

Data Technician Apprenticeship Standard Level 3, including Functional Skills if required.

You will learn the knowledge, skills & behaviours which will support you for your end-point assessment.

You will take part in a combination of activities, such as face-to-face classroom-based sessions, remote learning sessions, work shadowing and online learning, to support your learning and development.

You will be required to undertake training sessions with Avant Skills Academy every other week, throughout the length of the apprenticeship.

At the end of the on-programme learning, you will be required to undertake an End-Point Assessment (EPA) to demonstrate you have met the occupational standard.
