Advanced Early Years Educator Apprentice

Provide a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors Support the planning and delivery of the Early Years Curriculum to promote better outcomes for pre-school children Support the team to deliver outstanding learning and development opportunities for children Work in partnership with parents to promote and support in home learning experiences alongside Early Years Practitioners Organise resources for activities and experiences in the nursery Implement the daily routine within the Early Years setting Understand and work to school policies and procedures, including how to deal with child protection issues appropriately and how to respond to incidents, accidents, complaints and emergencies Plan activities which ensure each child is working towards the early learning outcomes Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed, in accordance with the preschool aims and objectives To be a role model and uphold behaviour expectations

Training:

Training is tailored to the individual needs of the apprentice and employer.



Training Outcome:

You may have the opportunity to continue employment and progress to high level early years qualifications.
