As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work:
Answer calls and provide excellent customer support Process orders accurately and efficiently Reply to customer messages and resolve enquiries in a timely manner Manage customer feedback professionally Ensure all products are in stock and listed correctly to maximise sales Maintain and update drop-ship product listings with accurate delivery times Support the team with other essential business tasks as neededTraining:

All training will be delivered online by Wise Origin, offering flexible, expert-led instruction with interactive sessions and digital resources.
This ensures apprentices can develop their skills while balancing work commitments.
