IT Apprentice

As an apprentice, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll gain valuable experience across a wide range of IT services, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 support. From resolving everyday Office queries to managing software distribution and monitoring security, you’ll be at the heart of our client support operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing 1st line support to clients, helping resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally. Assisting with Microsoft 365 administration, including user support, software deployment, and security monitoring. Participating in internal research and development, helping to create tools and solutions that improve our services. Learning to automate routine tasks using Microsoft tools like Power BI, helping us work smarter and deliver better results. Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, where your ideas and input are valued.

Training:

We’re a Microsoft Partner, and you’ll receive full training to gain Microsoft certifications as part of your apprenticeship. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you build your technical skills and confidence in a real-world environment. Day release to Milton Keynes College.

Training Outcome:

Position of full-time employment and additional roles and responsibilities to the successful candidate at the end of their apprenticeship.

Employer Description:
Every week, we speak to engineering, automotive, manufacturing, and other businesses around Buckingham that are working with stuttering internet connections and unreliable Wi-Fi. They’re paying for services they’re not sure they need. They’re worried their systems aren’t half as secure as they think they should be. What they want is for the IT to work as it should so they can focus on the complex work they tackle every day rather than the tools they use. So they can be more efficient and more productive. So they can be less stressed.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, shifts to be confirmed.
