Deliver high-quality IT support: Provide excellent customer service and technical support in person, via phone, and email, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests Incident management & troubleshooting: Take ownership of user incidents, track progress, and resolve issues related to Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune System administration & user management: Assist with Active Directory, Azure AD, user onboarding/offboarding, and IT system housekeeping tasks Documentation & continuous improvement: Document solutions, update IT procedures, and contribute to service improvements through training and proactive problem-solving
