Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship

Duties include but not limited to:

To be a good role model for pupils and colleagues To ensure that all pupils make expected or more progress towards aspirational targets To deliver interventions, using assessment for learning to adapt to teaching and evaluate progress To champion our high standards of pupil behaviour and expectations of good character To support the development of an inspiring and innovative curriculum, adapted for the children you support where required, with ambitious end goals To uphold the inclusive principles that are integral to our ethos To help to prepare our SEND pupils for their next phase of education Build confidence in whole class teaching and delivery for adhoc cover Other duties as and when required

Training:

Teaching Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
There will be a full-time position offered to the right candidate on successful completion of the apprenticeship and the opportunity to progress

Monday to Friday, hours to be confirmed upon successful appointment.
