Training Compliance and Recruitment Administrator Apprentice
Main duties will include:
Looking after training matrix's Using CRM systems Complying with GDPR Liasing with internal departments to ensure compliance amongst members of their teams and CQC Data entry Ensurin all internal and external training is complaint and up to date for all members of the team Helping with the recruitment processes Answering of teh telephone occassionallyTraining:
You will be trained by highly skilled and experienced members of the Caremark family being shown all elements of the role to ensure all aspects of the apprenticeship is covered You will also be allocated a Skills Coach from Hull College that will be visit and observe you onsite and support the training
Training Outcome:
On completion of the apprenticeship there is a full-time position available within Caremark to continue your career
