Dog Grooming Apprentice - Birmingham

Dazzling Dogs are looking for a hardworking, fun-loving person to join their team.

It would be beneficial to have had previous experience in grooming.

You must be able to work to a high standard and to breed standard or the request of the owner. They are a busy expanding salon who also sells raw food and treats.

The ideal candidate will not only have excellent grooming skills but also have fantastic customer service skills, good time keeping and most importantly love each and every dog like it's your own.

Working hours: 30 per week

Duties:

Working to a high standard Bathing Cutting Grooming Drying

Day shift Flexitime Tuesday to Saturday

The apprenticeship program we operate is based on site with no college days away from the working environment. It will also include Functional skills to aid in your development in Math and English if not achieved at GCSE.

Dazzling Dogs like to offer a trial at their establishment prior to starting with us full time so you get to experience how working with them benefits you as an individual.

You must be a UK resident to qualify for apprenticeship funding and must not have completed this qualification previously.

Training:
A level 2 certificate will be awarded on successful completion of the apprenticeship Functional Skills in English and maths if required All training will take place within the workplace Your dedicated trainer coach will visit you remotely or in person every month
