Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Key Responsibilities:
First line support for Account Managers Basic administration duties and call handling Handling incoming/outgoing mail Managing stock and office supplies Updating databases and systems Log, acknowledge, issue, process and chase information packs Opening and capturing data from returned packs Proof reading and data amendments Monitor, maintain and update the MIS system Supporting account managers with weekly and ad hoc print & mailing account management requirements Handling enquiries from the publicTraining Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent role such as Client Services Administrator.
