Retail Manager – New York City – Up to $95k

I’m currently working with a prestigious private athletic club in New York that’s seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join their team. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of retail operations across two on-site shops as well as the club’s online store. You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales and profitability, managing inventory, and leading a team of retail associates to achieve performance targets and support the club’s overall goals.

What they are looking for:

Experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.Knowledge of e-commerce platformsProven track record of driving sales, managing inventory, and achieving performance targets.Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience supervising and motivating retail staff.Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with a polished, member-focused approach.Comfortable with POS systems, with solid organizational and multitasking skills.
