Business Administration Apprentice - Supported Housing Services

Supporting daily office operations, including data entry and record management  Assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination and documentation Handling internal and external communications, including emails and calls Updating digital systems and supporting compliance with safeguarding and GDPR Updating digital systems and supporting compliance with safeguarding and GDPR

Training:

Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice.

The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training.

On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the workplace.



Training Outcome:

Potential to move into a full-time permanent administrative or housing support role within the organisation.

Safe Roots provides supported housing and wraparound support for vulnerable individuals, particularly young people and care leavers. Their goal is to empower residents to build independent, fulfilling lives through personalised support plans and secure, nurturing accommodation.

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
