Apprentice Jewellers Retail Assistant

Assisting with customer service and sales, both in-store and over the phone Learning about jewellery and watch repairs. Helping with stock displays, cleaning jewellery, and maintaining the shop floor Supporting with gold buying – weighing and testing gold Fitting watch batteries and straps Working at occasional events such as local events (prior notice and training given) Maintaining our social media accounts and uploading and creating new content, so an interest in media or film editing is a bonus

Training:

As an apprentice you will be included on a Retailer level 2 qualification. You will be visited in the workplace by an assessor to guide you through your qualification and assign tasks or online assignments for you to complete between their visits via an online learning portal.

Training Outcome:

There is an opportunity of a full-time position within the company of successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
