The Opportunity CBW is currently recruiting for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to support a growing Air Conditioning Division within a leading mechanical services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in estimating and costing across a range of commercial and industrial HVAC projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for air conditioning remedial works and call-outs

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing

Support material ordering for approved quotations

Learn and follow internal estimating procedures and relevant industry standards

Work closely with technical service managers and field engineers

Key Skills & AttributesStrong numerical and analytical skills

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (or willingness to learn)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with estimating software is a bonus

High attention to detail and good organisational abilities

Confident communicator and effective team player

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & ExperienceWorking towards or holding a qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Quantity Surveying

Previous work experience or internship in a construction/building services environment is desirable but not essential

Full UK Driving Licence required
