Property Maintenance Operative Apprentice

Checking for wear and tear, safety hazards, or damage in the property. Identifying areas needing maintenance or repairs before they become major issues. Fixing leaks, blocked drains, broken locks, or damaged fixtures. Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting jobs Replacing tiles, door handles, light bulbs, etc. Performing basic groundskeeping such as weeding, sweeping, or snow removal.
 

Training:
Training will take place on-site with the employer and 4 days a month of training within the college.

Training Outcome:
Self-Employed Sub-Contractor. Full-time employee. Start your own business.
