Assistant Gardener Apprenticeship

Apprentice will arrive at designated site for 8AM or just before to start the days appointments. They will be driven between sites in the company van, mainly staying in one area of Central London for that day. There may be up to 6 different sites in one day and the day ends at 4PM.

A maintenance visit would typically include:

Sweeping and general tidying Weeding Pruning  Lawn mowing  Watering  Jetwashing  Bagging of green waste and carrying to the van for disposal

Training:

This programme will be delivered through a combination of practical hands-on and theory based activities, which are scheduled one day a week at the BCA campus.

Training Outcome:

Permanent, full-time employment position
