Inbound calls, directing calls, taking messages Answering emails Printing and posting paperwork to potential customers or Adobe sign Entering potential clients on ACT (our customer database) Updating ACT as appropriate Printing and posting eligibility checks or Adobe signs Chasing customers for paperwork, e.g. signed pages, MRN, supporting info Callbacks Request for medical records from customers

Training:

In order to progress with your application, we will require you to complete additional paperwork and complete a Century assessment. Small company with 3 employees based in Bamber Bridge (near to Aldi). We provide advice and support to help people with claims and disputes for UK welfare benefits

Monday - Friday, between 9:30am-4:30pm
