Customer Service Apprentice
Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email
Logging and managing customer queries and service requests
Processing service reports and arranging collections
Resolving invoice queries and escalating when needed
Maintaining accurate customer records in our C4C system
Supporting service teams with administrative tasks
Training:
The apprenticeship will be delivered with a blend of online and onsite meetings with the assessor every 4 - 6 weeks.
Training Outcome:
Possible career progression on completion of a successful apprenticeship programme depending on budgets at the time.

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm with 1 hour lunch break.
