Business Administrator Apprentice
Build a strong and positive relationship with customers, engineers and colleagues
Processing service reports
Arranging collections for customers
Invoice queries and resolution/escalation as required
Proactive follow-up of quotations raised for external repairs and PM contracts
System cleansing as required
Handling and logging of customer calls efficiently and by agreed procedure
To ensure all Customer Processes are followed and SLA are adhered to
Maintain and amend the Customer’s C4C database
Training:
The apprenticeship will be delivered by a blend of online and onsite meetings with the assessor every 4-6 weeks
Training Outcome:
Potential for a career progression on successful completion of the Apprenticeship if the budget allows

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm, with 1 hour lunch break.
