What you’ll learn:

How to operate CNC machinery, including our AXYZ router and laser cutter CAD and design basics using Vectric VCarve and AutoCAD Fabrication skills using acrylic, metal, vinyl, and wood The full process from concept to completed signage installation Lean manufacturing practices – we run a “2 Second Lean” continuous improvement system

With this wealth of experience and together with state of art machinery and fully trained operators and fabricators we are able to manufacture all types of internal and external signage including 3d acrylic letters and logos, flat cut letters and aluminium composite sign trays in all shape and sizes. We specialise in manufacturing 3D built up acrylic letters from the small local sign maker to National & European signage companies. Helping our customers fulfil roll outs and with capacity to manufacture built up acrylic letters in volume and to deadlines if needed.
