Office Dispatch Administration Apprentice
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to work for Howard Butler, based in Walsall. Working within a busy office environment, training will cover all aspects of administration in line with the company's standard operating procedures.
The apprentice will play an important team role in the day-to-day planning, organisation and smooth running of the department.
Duties to include the following but not limited to:
Dispatching of UK sales order and invoicing Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls Maintenance of filing system Dealing with incoming and outgoing post Maintaining database Responding to emailsTraining:
The successful applicant will work towards Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification, and functional skills in math and English if appropriate They will have training and shadow staff to learn the job role and understand the administrative tasks required across a range of areas within the business including the main office, sales and dispatch
Training Outcome:
At the end of the training, the most successful candidate, may be offer a position within the organisation

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm
