Support in Prodcution Planning
Performance monitoring within a high-output manufacturing environment
A key part of your role will involve tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production throughput, inventory levels, adherence to plans, and on-time delivery rates.
You'll also contribute to capacity planning by helping assess factory capabilities against forecasted demand, identifying potential constraints, and supporting data-driven decisions to optimise resource utilisation. Using tools like Excel and ERP systems, you'll gain practical experience in balancing supply and demand in a fast-paced, industrial supply chain.
Training:
Supply chain practitioner (fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)) Level 3 apprenticeship standard.
Hartlepool College 1 day a week, 4 days on site.
