BA17 Business Administration Apprentice at CG Professional
Assisting with general office duties such as photocopying, printing and scanning documents
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring that post log is kept up to date
Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages as needed
Maintaining office supplies and ensure the office is tidy and well-organised
Training:
This apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work and observation throughout your training
You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge
Training Outcome:
Various opportunities including scope for roles such as Legal PA, Paralegal, Front of House and Events Co-Ordinator
We would be open to supporting further apprenticeship qualifications/levels

The Business Administration Apprentice will support the Office Coordinator / Employment PA in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of CG’s Chorley office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, requiring excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate must possess a ‘can do’ attitude and will be proactive, reliable, and capable of multitasking in what can sometimes be a fast-paced environment. Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (with one hour lunch break)
