We are currently seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of primary and secondary schools across Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within supportive and inclusive educational settings where your skills are valued and your impact is truly felt.

🔹 About the Role:

Full-time & part-time positions available

Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils with a variety of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language needs

Supporting the class teacher with tailored learning strategies and behaviour management

Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school or educational setting

A proactive and compassionate approach

Strong behaviour management skills

Ability to adapt and use own initiative

A relevant TA qualification or training in SEN (desirable)
