Apprentice Business Administrator/Account Manager
As an apprentice, you’ll learn on the job and gradually take on responsibilities such as:
Supporting the team in handling customer enquiries via phone, email and in person. Assisting in preparing quotes and processing orders. Learning to advise customers on the best solutions for their print or workwear needs. Helping to coordinate with production to ensure timely delivery of jobs. Using internal systems to track and manage orders. Gaining confidence in taking client payments and raising invoices. Developing strong communication and customer service skills.Training:
Full training will be given leading to a recognised Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Qualification, as well as any Functional Skills qualifications that may be required.
Full on-the-job training will be delivered
Off-the-job training will be supported by our Training Provider, Davidson Training UK Ltd
All training is carried out within the workplace during working hours

Opportunity for the right candidate to progress into a full Account Manager role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
