Events Assistant Apprenticeship
Purpose of Post:
The main duties of the post holder include supporting the management of a range of events both small-scale and large high-profile events across Epping Forest. The post includes planning, delivery and administration.

Designing and delivery of small-scale local engagement events, in addition to, supporting on larger scale high-profile events. To provide high-level customer service and communications with stakeholders and guests. Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested appropriate to the grade. To assist in promoting a culture of continuous improvement in the quality of service delivery in pursuit of best value. You will be supported to achieve the Events Assistant Level 3 apprenticeship. Theoretical training will be monthly with the support of the training provider. Practical training and support will be given in the workplace allowing you to embed your learning in the working environment. You will receive hours 6 per week to support with your apprenticeship studies.
Training Outcome:
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, we aim to offer a permanent role within the team if a position is available. Alternatively, we shall endeavour to secure an alternative position within the City of London Corporation.

Working Hours :
9:15 am- 5:00 pm Monday – Friday Flexibility will be required for business needs including some weekend work for events
