Customer Service Apprentice

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Answer customer queries through various channels promptly to enhance the customer service experience Patiently listen to customers to address their concerns Accurately record and logs interaction with customers and updates account information Work with management to maintain best practices for effective communication with customers Maintain knowledge of updated company processes and policies Meet regularly with team leader to give feedback to help improve customer service, response time and the staff experience Willing to learn to apply company policy and process to customer solutions Support the company’s ‘one team’ culture

Training:
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship programme  The apprenticeship training will be provided through online learning Training and development will take place in the workplace Functional skills in maths and English (if required)

Training Outcome:

Future development opportunities depending on the apprentice's aspirations and career goals, a development plan would be created.
