Apprentice Mechanical / Hydraulic Engineer

Gaining knowledge and understanding of hydraulic systems,  components and hydraulic-powered equipment operating in the marine industry. Maintaining, servicing and refurbishing hydraulic systems, hydraulic powered equipment and components. Assembling and installing Hydraulic Systems. Fault-finding, and correcting faults on hydraulic systems.

Training Outcome:

Upon completion, there may be an opportunity for full-time employment if the company can facilitate this.

AHS Group has been trading since 1985. We predominantly supply hydraulic engineering services to the marine industry. AHS Group has the capability to take a project from initial conception through design, manufacture, installation and final testing and commissioning. AHS works closely with its customers understanding their needs and expectations to provide a responsive service to meet its customer’s needs. AHS has a team of hydraulic engineers which supply support and services to our customers throughout the world. Our engineers are competent and have extensive knowledge of hydraulic systems enabling quick and efficient fault diagnostics. AHS core business is the marine sector, which involves the servicing, maintenance, fault diagnostics, testing and repairs, system upgrades, hydraulic system installations and hydraulic system design.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. Hours TBC.
