Apprentice Early Years Practitioner
Nursery Apprentices are contracted to the nursery company and are actively engaged in a workplace training scheme operated by an external company who visit the apprentice at regular intervals during their training.
Duties will include:
Nursery Apprentices will support the nursery team in the operation of the nursery facilities, to ensure a high-quality education and care is delivered To adhere to Banana Moon policies and procedures and meet legislative requirements and follow the education curriculum To assist the staff team to create a safe, caring, and welcoming setting in which families are happy to entrust their child and where their child is encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment Nursery apprentices must always be in the presence of a qualified member of staff and must not be allowed to lone work. They may be counted in ratio as an unqualified member of staff, where appropriate supervision and numbers allowTraining:
Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard The candidate will complete the apprenticeship at the workplace
Training Outcome:
The successful candidate will have the opportuity to progress through levels 2 to level 5

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, hours will be discussed at interview stage. No evening work or weekend work is required.
