Marketing Executive Apprenticeship

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll have creative freedom to create and develop marketing content and campaigns to support the sales team.

Our ideal candidate will have a creative flair, a keen interest in technology and a ‘get stuck in’ attitude.

You’ll have the freedom and autonomy to explore ideas, experiment with formats, and develop your skills with different tools and marketing platforms.

The role is office-based, with exciting opportunities to visit sites (including festivals and events) to gather images, film content and create marketing collateral.

Duties will include:

Designing engaging marketing collateral (leaflets, brochures, graphics) to support the sales team Creating video content, including case studies, how-to guides, and video content Writing engaging blog content for our website Developing keyword strategies and helping improve our SEO performance Website design, ensuring up-to-date information Creating and managing our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) Assisting with paid ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) Building and scheduling email marketing campaigns Gathering data, creating target demographics and identifying vertical marketing opportunities Experimenting with different marketing techniques to drive leads, sales and engagement across all channels

 

Training:
You will be pursuing a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Multi-Channel Marketing, through Weston College As part of this program, you will attend Weston College as instructed, for workshops An assessor will conduct on-site observations to evaluate your progress, as well as support you in college throughout your apprenticeship At the conclusion of your programme, your qualification will be assessed through an Apprenticeship Assessment

Progression within the company & to begin a strong career in marketing.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am-5 pm 1 hour lunch break.
