Job Title: Project Manager – HVAC / Smoke Ventilation

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum

Role Overview:
Due to company expansion, the organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, prepare detailed project plans, and allocate resources effectively

Lead, supervise, and coordinate project teams

Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders

Ensure successful completion of projects in line with contractual obligations and quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC / Smoke Ventilation Project Management

SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
