Cisco UC Engineer

Cisco Voice Engineer – Remote (UK) Salary:- £50-55k + Bens Location:- Remote with occasional client visits. Environment:- Cisco, CUCM, CUCE, IM, Presence, Cisco CUBE, Webex, CUAC, CCNP, Voice, ITIL, Troubleshooting, Projects, Deployments, We are looking for an experienced Cisco Voice Engineer to join our Operations team. This is a remote role with occasional travel. Key Responsibilities: • Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets. • Support and deliver Cisco UC Voice projects. • Troubleshoot complex telephony issues and provide root cause analysis. • Collaborate with customers, partners, and suppliers. • Provide on-call support (1 in 4 rotation). Essential Skills: • Experience with Cisco UC technologies (UCM, Unity, Expressway, Webex, CUBE, ISDN/Analogue Gateways). • Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, and basic network configurations. • Proven MSP or managed services experience. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Cisco CCNP (preferred) and ITIL knowledge.
