The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer with upwards of 2 years’ hands on fee earning experience, who can confidently run a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from the point of instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities:
Handling a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales, purchases, and remortgage from the point of instruction through to completion.
Liaising with clients and third parties, providing updates throughout the life of the file.
