As the Logistics Coordinator you will play a crucial role within the Goods In stores, shipping and logistics supporting the business in the upkeep and organisation of the onsite stores.
This is a permanent role working Full Time Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.45pm/ Friday 8am - 1pm
Paying £27,000 - £28,500 Per Annum
The key responsibilities for the Logistics Coordinator role will include:
- Kit preparing for the production team
- Packing for distribution to production
- Shipping products through the dispatch process
- Be responsible for organising and maintaining the stores and all physical stocks
- Ensuring all parts are stored and issue correctly to avoid damage.
- Follow all Health & Safety guidelines
- Inputting data information into computers
- Following instructions for picking & packing
To be a successful Logistics Coordinator you must:
- Have experience working within a Sheet metal/electro-mechanical manufacturing stores company (desirable)

Membership & Administration
Process and update member information using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Handle payments, audience segmentation, and data quality improvements

We are searching for a Studio Production Coordinator to support DAP's evolving content needs and the growth of our in-house photography & video production studio. In this integral role, you'll manage daily operations of our studio space and support the execution of video and photo productions on behalf of marketing, brand, communications, and sales initiatives. You will collaborate and work alongside the Head of Production, Video Specialists, Creative Designers, Brand & Social Strategists, Production Managers and DAP Leadership to achieve desired end results. Responsibilities
Studio Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional production studio environment. Serve as the primary contact for studio-related events and vendors. Manage opening and closing procedures, including alarm system oversight. Wrap out productions and events, ensuring the space is always reset and ready. Set up video and photography equipment as needed. Manage studio storage and inventory systems. Own and manage the studio calendar, including all bookings and scheduling. Monitor and respond to inquiries via the studio email account. Ensure kitchen and common areas are clean, stocked, and always client ready.
Photo & Video Support
Provide on-the-ground support for video and photo shoots. Coordinate meals and crafty for prep and production days. Track and manage studio-related receipts and expenses. Support post-production workflows as needed (gathering assets, file transfers, hard drive backups). Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
Set Builds
Support studio set build logistics, schedules, and hiring builders when needed. Coordinate materials orders and deliveries for set builds. Hands-on carpentry experience for internal set builds is a plus.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in studio operations supporting photo and videography production. Exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities. Forward thinking to implement new studio initiatives that support growth of the space. Familiarity with production equipment and studio workflows. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Proficiency in MS Office. Photography, lighting, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Capture One experience is a plus. Lift 50+ pounds.

This is a rare opportunity to join Thrive4Life as a Business Growth Apprentice. Based mainly in our friendly Esher office (just 8 minutes from Esher station) and with regular days at our Wellbeing Centre in the Lloyd’s building, EC3 (Bank Station) in the very heart of the City of London, this role offers a unique blend of office-based training and exposure to the London City environment and culture.
You’ll be working closely with two experienced managers — Julia McAllister (Growth Manager, Thrive4Life Wellbeing Centre) and Rhea Mall (City Health Campaign Lead and Data Scientist), as well as gaining mentoring from senior company leadership and hands-on experience across a wide range of functions including administration, in person and streamed events, data, and client support.
Purpose of the Role
To provide day-to-day administrative support to both Thrive4Life and Wellbeing Centre Business Growth activities, ensuring smooth operations, excellent client service, and robust data management. This is a wide-ranging apprenticeship designed to give you valuable, transferable skills and a strong career foundation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting the City based Wellbeing Centre
Welcome patients and handle enquiries by phone, email, and in person
Support bookings, payments, and client care using the Cliniko system
Assist with monthly health talks, Pilates sessions, and city-based promotional in person events and pop-up expo stands
Prepare marketing materials and keep promotional displays stocked across the Lloyd’s building
