About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to join a dynamic and collaborative team working in Cape Town, South Africa. This is a senior-level, hands-on consulting role focused on the implementation and optimisation of key ServiceNow modules, including ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM, and SPM.
You will act as a trusted advisor, working at the intersection of business needs and technical capability, translating client objectives into best-in-class ServiceNow solutions. An established Medical Devices company based in the Walsall area is currently looking for a new Quality Engineer to assist with the teams CAPA processes, document control and supplier management. They are specifically looking for someone who has worked in Medical Devices to ISO 13485 standards.
You will be creating and managing technical files for several Medical Devices lines. You’ll collaborate with a number of Medical Devices experts. However, you will receive Quality Assurance assistance from the parent company’s Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager. Due to this, we are open to candidates who only have a couple of years of experience of ISO 13485 or QMS, but also keen to hear from people with more experience.
A key area of experience that is needed for this role is quality assurance inspection testing, so please make this experience clear on your CV.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone a couple of years into their career and looking for more responsibility to lead the development of their career.
You will ideally need to be in the office daily, however they will consider candidates who need one day a week hybrid.

As a Hairdressing Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the salon's operations, learning essential skills, and contributing to a positive and welcoming client experience. Your training and practical experience will set the foundation for a successful career in the hairdressing industry.
Client Services: Assist senior stylists in providing exceptional client service, including greeting, consulting, and ensuring client comfort
Shampoo and Conditioning: Perform hair washing, conditioning, and scalp massages, using appropriate products and techniques
Styling Assistance: Observe and support experienced stylists during hair cutting, colouring, and styling procedures, while gradually gaining experience
Appointment Management: Help schedule client appointments, manage the booking system, and assist in preparing clients for their services
Product Knowledge: Learn about various hair products, tools, and equipment used in the salon, and assist clients in selecting and purchasing products
Sanitation and Safety: Follow strict salon sanitation and sterilisation protocols, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance hairdressing skills and stay updated with industry trends
Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their questions and ensuring their needs are met
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with salon staff, assisting in coordinating schedules and services for efficient salon operations
