Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Strategy
Develop strategic media plans across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives
Use audience insights, competitor analysis and industry trends to shape recommendations.
Balance brand awareness and performance marketing goals, tailoring strategies to different campaign phases
Media Buying & Negotiation
Negotiate and secure cost-effective media placements while maximising added value.
Work closely with publishers, networks, and platforms to identify new opportunities and secure first-to-market deals.
Ensure all media buys align with budget allocations and performance KPIs.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Use analytics tools to measure success, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
Lead post-campaign analysis, evaluating effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Present media strategies, rationale, and performance updates to clients in an articulate and confident manner.
Act as a trusted advisor, keeping clients informed about industry trends and emerging media opportunities.
Work closely with creative, content, and data teams to ensure media plans align with campaign messaging and goals.
Training:The apprentice will complete 6 hours of off the job training each week.
This training will consist of online seminars, online/in-person 1-2-1 sessions and practical projects.Training Outcome:Potential for full time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist in the planning, design, and launch of marketing campaigns.• Help create eye catching marketing assets for events, trade shows, and promotions• Conduct market research and keep reports and data on clients, leads, and competitors up to date• Support the design and scheduling of social media content across platforms• Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials like brochures, emails, and newsletters• Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems• Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams as needed

Applicants Daily Duties will include:
Preparing property brochures for new listings and ensuring all compliance is completed
Managing general mailbox – responding to emails, printing enquiries, forwarding emails to colleagues where appropriate
Liaising with vendors and keeping them up to date with the marketing of their property and discussing ideas to generate more interest and viewings
Booking viewing appointments with vendors and applicants whilst looking for opportunities for new business
Inputting and managing applications for rental properties through to completion. Preparing paperwork for tenancies
Some negotiating on offers
Managing window displays and ensuring they are up to date
Managing sales boards, ensuring losses are kept to a minimum and boards are kept up to date
Direct canvassing from when an offer has been accepted
Viewing feedback when required and updating vendors
Social Media adverts – managing Facebook page
Handling a variety of incoming telephone enquiries
Ad hoc duties as and when required
Management of tenancy agreements & deposits with DPS
Management of team diaries ensuring the office is covered at all times
Keeping portals up to date with property status and removal of properties coming off the market
Day-to-day registration of sales/lettings applicants, matching their requirements to suitable properties
Interacting with leads from existing property portals including our own website
Providing constructive and informative feedback to clients
Proactively seek opportunities for new business for the company from day-to-day customer interaction
Managing and chasing invoices for late payments
