This is a customer facing role and the post holder will be part of the dispensary clerk team responsible for handing out medications and processing prescription requests, using our clinical system SystmOne. Good communication skills are essential as this role will include responding appropriately to queries from patients on the telephone, via email and in person. In accordance with current protocol, to receive prescriptions and other payments and ensure these are appropriately accounted for. To work effectively as part of the team, ensuring that all tasks are accurately completed. The dispensary clerk team carry out a variety of tasks which assist with the smooth running of our dispensary service and full training will be given.Training:Training schedule has yet to be agreed.
