We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT Security Incident and Threat Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic efforts to safeguard the company’s digital assets against potential threats and incidents. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive incident response strategies to address security threats swiftly and effectively
Lead the threat and intelligence program, ensuring timely detection and mitigation of cyber risks.

Provide day-to-day leadership and support to three direct reports, helping to develop their skills and ensure consistent delivery. Enable the growth of individuals through effective performance management.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our commitment to cybersecurity excellence.
Interface to SOC (external supplier) - make sure they are proactively taking action and when we see new and emerging threats recommendations are made to enhance our security posture.
Critical Skills for Success
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience in incident response, threat management, and cybersecurity within a large organization.
Proven track record of leading and managing IT security teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Solid experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban), and comfort using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps or comparable platforms is essential. Experience or awareness of UX, QA or QA-automation is a plus. Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills in English (any other language skills are bonus), and familiarity with compliance, security or risk topics are advantageous.

An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Field Service Technician (Electrical & Mechanical) to join a well-established company specialising in the design, manufacturing, and installation of high-quality physical security and entrance-control solutions.
As a Trainee Field Service Technician, you will be learning hands-on, supporting service, maintenance, and repair operations across various client sites.
This is an on-field role offering a salary of £27,540 and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
* Assisting with the maintenance, installation, and repair of specialist security equipment.
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Updating service records via a mobile device or tablet.
* Managing and maintaining van stock and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order.
* Providing excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.
* Working flexibly to accommodate occasional evening and weekend call-outs in line with service demands.
What we are looking for:
* Prior field service experience preferably in mechanical or electrical environment.
* Skilled in diagnosing faults and carrying out equipment repairs
* Confident using tablets or mobile devices for job management
* Full UK driving licence
All applicants will be subject to a vetting process in line with industry standards, including an Enhanced DBS check. Any disclosures will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Shift / Overtime:
* Timings: 8am - 5pm
* 40 hours per week
* On call duty / emergency call outs: £125
* Overtime:* Monday - Saturday: £22 per hour
* Sundays and bank holidays: £25 per hour
