A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role. You would need to ensure that the requirements of the MCA 2005 are met and that the service users’ rights under the ECHR (human rights Act 1998) are upheld.
