The Role
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday.
You will be leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers carrying out tasks required by the client.
Communicate with Management on progress and end of project sign off.
Carry out health and safety inductions and checks.
Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
You will be required to carry out the following:
Removing and replacing stock with the use of client plans and systems.
Adjusting shelf heights.
Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor, with use of roll cages and pallet trucks.
Stock replenishment.
Travelling will be involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.
Desirable Qualities:
Excellent communication skills.
Able to make decisions and prioritise.
Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision or managing people.
Methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved.
Problem solving and a ‘can do’ attitude.

You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management. You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect.
Duties will include the following:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.

You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shift

Whilst on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock

Key Responsibilities
Youll be responsible for delivering across all areas of QHSE, including but not limited to:

- Lead improvements within the Supply Chain through supplier on-boarding, assessment, and quality performance monitoring
- Take full ownership of the Quality department and its processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

- Develop, review, and update QHSE policies and procedures in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

- Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformance's, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate records of QHSE activities, audits, incidents, and compliance documentation.
- Support management in achieving QHSE objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and environmental responsibility across the organisation.

Job Knowledge and Experience
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a QHSE Manager or similar role within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, standards (ISO, API, OSHA, EPA, etc.), and industry best practices.
- QMS management expertise with a track record of driving measurable improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.

Key Accountabilities:
Procurement and configuration of hardware, ensuring devices are prepared and ready for new starters or to replace faulty equipment
Maintain an organised tech storeroom, keeping stock levels accurate, safe, and ready for quick deployment
Develop, maintain, and update standard images for desktop and laptop devices to ensure consistent builds and minimal disruption for end-users
Track and document the full lifecycle of all hardware, including issuing, maintenance, returns, refurbishment, and secure disposal
Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware issues, acting as an escalation point for 1st line support when required
Repair, patch, and maintain devices to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and compliance with cyber security and audit requirements
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for warranty claims, parts replacement, repairs, and procurement of new hardware
Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests promptly and professionally, ensuring all tickets are logged, prioritised, and resolved in line with agreed SLAs
Contribute to knowledge sharing by creating documentation or guides to help improve support processes
Support hardware audits and asset verification exercises to maintain accurate records and reduce losses
Travelling to different sites around the country to maintain and fix hardware
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Strong interest in repairing and maintaining PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, including upgrades, imaging, patching, and component-level repairs
Understanding of core hardware components, such as motherboards, drives, memory and power supplies, and willingness to expand technical expertise
Familiarity with networking fundamentals, such as Wi Fi, IP addressing, basic connectivity troubleshooting
Experience or interest in diagnostic tools and performance testing software
Awareness of data protection and security, including safe data handling and secure data erasure practices
Passionate about customer service, ensuring clear, friendly, and professional support for colleagues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Organised and methodical approach, capable of prioritising multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft 365, and Apple iOS devices
Proactive team player with the ability to take ownership of tasks, see them through to completion, and adapt to changing priorities
Keen interest in emerging technologies and a desire to develop practical IT skills through hands-on learning
What We’re Looking For:
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in maths & English (or equivalent)
Please note: an IT-related qualification higher than Level 2 (Level 3 - this includes A Levels and BTechs - or 4, degree, masters etc) will make you ineligible for the apprenticeship, as you will be overqualified
A driving licence is ESSENTIAL as there is nationwide travel involved in this role

Operations
Manage monthly contracts of business services – e.g. pest control, sanitary bins, secure document disposal, cleaners and utilities
Ensure all building insurance, safety and maintenance documentation is up to date, is correctly stored & archived
Maintain register of all subscriptions & contracts held
Review and order consumables (coffee, milk, drinks, fruit)
Take responsibility for ensuring fruit is distributed throughout the building, taking a pro-active approach to keeping the coffee machine and drinks fridges fully stocked
Review & order various supplies that the business requires
Administrate changes in-line with ISO 27001 requirements put forward by the IT team
Coordinating facilities and maintain company carbon off-setting
Work with the IT and Environmental team to instill a recycling culture.
Maintain and stock the creative cutting room & printing facilities
Assisting the Head of Studio with co-ordinating the relevant people to undertake wider business needs such as planning and organising of builders and maintenance
Health, Safety and Wellbeing
Complete a daily health, safety and well-being walk around of the building checking everything is safe, free from hazards, and in working order; including fire exits, trip hazards, working door handles, hand dryers, light bulbs, coffee machine, etc.
Monitor the cleanliness of the building and kitchen facilities, identifying needs, feeding back any issues to the relevant person including further cleaning opportunities, actively cleaning and tidying when required
Keep all cupboards organised, stocked, tidy and safe
Support relevant people where necessary with updating and enacting policies & procedures for Drummond Central
Monitor adherence to health & safety / COSSH / fire safety
Monitor and maintain internal data bases for accident and incident reporting and safeguarding logs
Book in annual works to be carried out – e.g. PAT testing, air-con servicing, fire alarm servicing, intruder alarm servicing
Adding value to DC, making it a welcoming and supportive place to work
Client Experience
Take ownership for client and visitor experiences, ensuring communal and client areas are tidy, prepared, and fully stocked
Play an active and involved customer services role with clients, including meeting and greeting, and preparing drinks where required
Maintain, tidy, and re-stock meeting rooms, client areas, and all communal areas
On a daily basis, ensure meeting room tech is in place, set up and in working order
Be on hand to help tidy up meeting rooms following client meetings
Maintaining a schedule for parking
Attend agency and industry entertainment events, sometimes outside of core working hours.
Are a positive representative of Drummond Central at all times
General Admin
Book travel and accommodation for various members of the team
Maintain and order office supplies including stationery
Organising food, refreshments, and beverage for meetings when required
Assisting with commercial administration
Review operational and supply chain performance
Assist with employee inductions and onboarding experience
Liaise with each department to understand their weekly, monthly needs and where support can be provided
Maintain records in the company storage facility
Populate employee calendars with key events
Work closely with the Central operations team

Training:Training will take place in the workplace, no travelling will be required.
