As a Commercial manager/lead, your duties will include:
Overseeing all commercial aspects of engineering projects

Ensuring cost efficiency across the business

The successful candidate must have
Prior experience working in a children’s home or semi-independent service
Level 3 or 4 Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Driver and Vehicle (due to travelling between services)
Strong experience of working with young people, challenging behaviour and Ofsted regulations
