We’re seeking an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to deliver high-quality support and implementation for our customers’ data centre and network environments.
What you’ll do:
• Provide L3 escalation support and resolve complex infrastructure incidents
• Deliver onsite and remote troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem management
• Support core technologies including Security, LAN/WLAN, VMware, SAN, and authentication services
• Assist with small changes, service requests, and managed services
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with partners, suppliers, and customer teams
What you’ll bring:
• 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure support
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Extreme Networks (LAN, WLAN, Fabric), Fortinet/Cisco Firewalls, Microsoft 365/Azure, and public cloud environments

• Support multiple testing phases including integration, functional, non-functional, disaster recovery, and operational acceptance.
Skills & Experience:
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches/routers and console commands.
• Familiarity with fibre optic handling and data centre operating procedures.

Customer Account Manager - Managed Services

Our client, an expanding and dynamic provider of managed services is looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager to join their customer excellence and account management team
Main purpose of Role:
Working closely with the named Account Directors across a nominated Account Roster and the broader business functions to support the creation of the best possible Customer Experience, Retention of Annual recurring revenues and incremental Account spend.
As part of the overall engagement, support the Account Directors in working to drive cross sell and upsell opportunities to broaden the company’s footprint and wallet share within each account, work with the account teams to identify opportunities and deliver the overall Account Plans and objectives.
