The Role
We are looking for Retail stock counters to add to our already successful team.
Work will be carried out on different Retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. All travel is provided on the minibus.
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Typical working week will consist of 3-4 x 8-12hr shifts
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

Retail Team Leader
Salary: €16.70 per hour + Enhancements

As a Retail Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client’s sites. The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Days: Monday – Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7 day working pattern and there is the possibility flexibility in the working days per week if required)

Biotech Sales Specialist

We’re working with a well-established, family-run business specialising in scientific equipment and consumables. As the company continues to grow, they’re now looking for a Biotech Sales Specialist to join their friendly, values-led team.
This is a key role focused on developing relationships with biotech customers across the golden triangle. You’ll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio while identifying and onboarding new customers, helping to increase volume, profitability and product mix across the territory. Overseeing payroll in coordination with external providers

Executing daily/weekly/monthly payment runs
Handling staff expense claims from approval to payment

THE PERSON:
Experience in a small business environment where the individual has been hands on in a role such as; Assistant Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant, Management Accountant or Finance Manager.
Must be currently still hands-on with transactional finance tasks
Strong skills in cashflow management, VAT, and monthly reporting
Proficient in Xero and MS Excel
Curious and tech-savvy mindset with an interest in AI and automation
A degree or professional finance qualification would be advantageous

Retail Stocktake Team Leader
Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 per month car allowance
Location: Bristol
*Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion*Immediate Start*Holiday Pay*
As a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client’s sites. The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Days: Monday – Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7-day working pattern and there is the possibility flexibility in the working days per week if required)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.

A Full Driving License
Outstanding customer service skills
The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
Basic IT skills
The ability to remain focused when under pressure
Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
Willingness and ability to travel
