We are looking for Retail stock counters to add to our already successful team.
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Typical working week will consist of 3-4 x 8-12hr shifts
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training and performance management. Responsible for recruitment of installation resources as needed to sufficiently meet regional installation demands, including orientation and on-boarding. Responsible for quarterly administration and reporting to construction division leadership and sales management on regional manpower utilization. This includes capacity tracking; installer needs and use of surge installers to meet demand. Conducts required field rides and coaching trips with direct reports and Installers as needed. Adjudication/mediation for installer issues. Conducts weekly regional operations team calls. Coordinates with RCM/GM on annual installer review meetings. Reviews project SOW/Work Orders for installations as needed. Works with Superintendents and TMs for installer scheduling, development and management within region. Support RCM/AM with training needs of Superintendents and TMs. Spends at least three days per week in the field, working with team members including training/on-boarding and management of installation partners. Tracking and support for all global account installations within the region, confirming execution in alignment with Global Accounts Management.
Minimum Requirements
B.S. Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) or Construction Management preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project details. Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Spend at least three days per week in the field Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. Must possess reliable transportation Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position is responsible for both managerial and hands-on tasks, including logistics management, personnel oversight, and direct participation in production activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation. Coordinate and oversee shoot setups to ensure readiness for production. Provide direction for both video and still photography shoots, including creative planning and execution. Lead and manage on-camera and voice talent selection processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand standards. Direct talent during production to achieve desired performance outcomes. Supervise production personnel, including camera operators, editors, and other team members, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Operate video and photography equipment as needed to support production goals. Direct the filming and photography process to maintain creative integrity and meet project requirements. Edit video and photography content to produce high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with project stakeholders to confirm creative direction, deliverables, and timelines.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of five years of experience in video production, studio management, or similar roles.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in video and photography production techniques, including equipment operation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or similar). Demonstrated experience directing both video and still photography shoots. Proven ability to select and direct both voice and on-camera talent. Experience with commercial shoots for both B2B and B2C audiences. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly in fast-paced production environments. Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and schedules.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and travel 25-50% of the time.

A Full Driving License
Outstanding customer service skills
The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
Basic IT skills

Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
Willingness and ability to travel
Please note all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock.

Shift Leader
Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 car allowance per month.
Location: Irvine
*Access to wages from 3-7 days after shift completion*Immediate Start*Holiday Pay*
As a Retail Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client’s sites. We require flexible availability, as the shift lengths may vary and you will be travelling to a different client site each day. You may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.
