As Consultant Palliative Medicine, you will provide comprehensive inpatient, community and consultative Palliative Care Services, including pain assessment and management, and advance care planning. You will contribute to the department’s commitment to empathetic, patient-focussed care, and overall clinical excellence, often collaborating and liaising with GPs, specialty nurses and community services. You will work within a dedicated and collegial team, providing specialist palliative medicine support and education to clinicians across multiple disciplines.
