Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and manage depot staff to meet KPIs and deliver excellent service
Oversee distribution, warehouse, and customer service functions
Support sales and commercial teams to maximise depot profitability
Manage stock levels, deliveries and quarterly stocktakes
Ensure full compliance with H&S and company procedures
Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
Implement service improvements and report performance to senior leadership
About You:
Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Depot Manager, or similar within distribution, logistics, warehouse, motor factors, or aftermarket
Proven leadership skills with a people-first approach
Commercially minded with a passion for customer service
Confident using WMS and MS Office
Experience managing change and driving continuous improvement

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems. Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant. Oversee materials and inventory. Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
Required skills and qualifications.
Three or more years of proven success in a warehouse operations management role. Strong skills in budget development and oversight. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service. Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes. Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field. Working knowledge of management software programs, SAP, Manhattan, Microsoft Office. Strong collaboration skills, including experience with database development. Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience

A well-established retail business is seeking a committed Team Leader to join the management team at their busy store based in Hoveton, Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the wider management team in improving commercial performance
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service
Maintain excellent store standards and stock availability
Act as Duty Manager when required
Take ownership of your own development while supporting team progression
About You:
Previous experience as a Team Leader,Supervisor, Floor Manager, Assistant Manager or Manager in a retail setting
Strong leadership and people management skills
Comfortable working in a multi-departmental store environment
Driven, customer-focused, and commercially aware
Benefits Package:
£13.30 per hour (£25,935 per annum)
37.5 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days (including weekends and Bank Holidays)
5.6 weeks annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
4-weekly pay (13 payments per year)
